Tuesday 060413

Rest day - had appt so switching today for rest day.  Legs pretty sore from yesterday

Nutrition
2 hard boiled eggs, 1 egg white, kiwi
Bata alanine with OJ
Cliff builder bar
Apple
Bata alanine
Small turkey burger (no bun) with 3 pieces bacon
SFH protein shake + Creatine + bcaas
4oz steak, mixed grilled veggies ( Brussels sprouts, zucchini, tomatoes), 1/2 baked sweet potato

**not feeling great today took 3 hour nap which I never do then laid back down from 5:45 till 7:15 bad headache.  Barely finished my protein shake and forced dinner. Grrrrr
