Got my MU today but I'm just not fast is what it is for now.  Praying for the MU gods to be on my side tomorrow!

Nutrition
Coffee
2 eggs + 1 egg white, pineapple, bacon
SFH protein shake w/Bata alanine, Creatine, bcaas
Turkey burger (no bun) asparagus, handful of red grapes
Bata alanine
Honey nut Cheerios w/skim milk and fresh strawberries ( was Ava's snack and looked so good!!!)
4 egg white omelette with chicken sausage and kale
Fish oil
Bata alanine, bcaas w/ little OJ
