Squat Clean-163 (10# lower than my PR). First time lifting heavy since the opens just need to get back the feel for cleans. But not unhappy with that weight.
Jerk from rack- 170 PR. Foot placement was awful need to be careful with that. Tried 173 twice fail. Not enough power coming up was relying in getting under it too much.

*suprisingly hard was pretty gassed wall balls were the worst. Back is still pretty sore from this week so was tough getting a rhythm cause was tight and sore
