Front squats and Box jumps 24" - between me and Brandon had to do 20 of each (Brandon doing OHS). Front squats were ok but wasn't as fast as other girls. Need to learn how to go down fast and bounce out. Box jumps I felt good felt I was going pretty fast.

75 pull ups - got 15 butterfly first set!!! Was so happy! Wripped hands bad so not happy :(
150 WB partner style - this was long not as bad as I thought but long and tough for sure

This was by far my favorite comp had such a good time and was a comp where I felt that I truly did the best I could didn't feel like there were areas I gave up on. Even not getting in the finals I was happy about cause know we were up against really good teams and 13 out of 50 not bad at all!!!
