062513 Tuesday


Squat clean + 2 FS - 178!!  PR on my clean.  Elbows were very scary have to be careful on that.  

GHD sit-ups - 15*4

Wod = 8:00
3 rounds of 400m run +.  50 DU

Got think 1:29 or 1:30 on first run but no idea on others.  Got first 2 sets of DU unbroken last didn't trip just stopped twice cause tired and really hot.

SFH protein Shake w/Creatine

1 slice rolled roast beef, handful mixed nuts

Cliff builder bar
Turkey burger ( no bun) slices of tomato and little fruit
Froyo with dark choc Chips :)
Bata alanine, fish oil
