HSPU strict - 22.  Possibly not low enough although I felt head touching mat.  

Pull-ups - 22.  Just can't hang onto bar that long I just slip every time.

* trail runs are harder than road running for me I can't go as fast

2 eggs + 1 egg white, 1/2 avocado, little mixed fruit
Bata alanine
SFH protein shake + Creatine + bcaas
2 turkey slices, cliff builder bar
Ice cream!  Bad choice but was so good.
Small grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli, tomato and cucumber slices, 1 piece bread
Binge on chocolate chip cookies but I'm done now :). 
Bata alanine
** not best eating day but a girl is allowed during certain times!***
