EMOM Snatch doubles @70% OHS -73# should have done 83 but thought was % of max snatch not OHS probably why was easy :)

Back Squat - 60% of 220 max = 153*9, *4 sets felt pretty good not a struggle but hard enough

Row 500m max effort - 1:48

50 Wall Balls - 35 + 15 - 2 sets
35 KB @ 50# - unbroken yes!!!
20 HSPU - unbroken

2 eggs, little fruit
Bata alanine, bcaas
1/2 cliff builder bar
SFH protein shake w/Creatine
Green apple
Mixed nuts ( macadamia, almonds, cashews) probably more than I should have had but was at pool after gym and had no lunch with me
Pineapple few slices
Turkey burger, sausage, zucchini ( no bread)
Bata alanine
ZMA, fish oil
