060913 Sunday

2 mile run- 8:30 first mile 7:56 second mile.  Was going for 4 miles but lower Back extremely achy had to stop.

Nutrition:
Coffee
2 eggs
Bata alanine 
Cliff builder bar
Chicken, zucchini + mushroom ( from Applebee's was out at gymnastics meet... Did have a sauce)
SFH protein shake + Creatine + Bata alanine
Handful macadamia nuts
Cod fish sautéed in olive oil + lemon + tomatoes, steamed broccoli, scallops 
Fish oil, ZMA, Bata alanine
Little pineapple, tablespoon almond butter
