Saturday 060813

Rest day -went to route 2a and watched my teammates kick ass!  

Nutrition- so bad"
Coffee
Egg white omelette w/spinach, tomato + bacon, berries, sweet potato pancake w/walnuts + cranberries, small OJ ( maddies for Chloe's bday breakfast so good)
Small pork, sautéed Brussels sprouts + zucchini
Dinner: went out....lots of pita chips w/hummus, pear + blue cheese, sea bass + carrots, lemon tart for desert ( dinner was not good bad food, sea bas very oily) 
***not a good nutrition day***
