Tuna low sodium w/relish and light mayo - no bread prob 1/2 can
SFH protein shake w/Creatine + bcaas
Cherries
Cashews
Haddock, broccoli, carrots, mashed potatoes ( don't usually eat mashed but had dinner at mother in laws and that's what was for dinner didn't want to be rude and not eat all)
Chocolate covered almonds handful
ZMA, fish oil
**not my best food week haven't had one like this in a while will def have more veggies and better snacks next week**
