Power Clean/push jerk/split jerk Complex- 150#, got 153# but missed split jerk
Power clean 153# PR! - felt good today sat back and was more patient on the pull easiest PC for me
Clean Pulls - 195# was getting it pretty high so hopefully 180 clean soon!!!
