Cliff builder bar
2 turkey slices
Tuna sandwich with light mayo, pickles + tomatoes on whole wheat w/ cape cod chips
Handful macadamia nuts
Peanut butter/jelly sandwich ( bread again but I love PB+J) w/ side mixed fresh berries
1 egg + 2 egg whites ( didn't feel like eating anything else)
Fish oil, ZMA, Bata alanine
