Body feels sore, palms still sensitive from Saturdays comp, wrists are cut up from MU practice last 2 days, legs are sore from pistols... Overall praying my body is good for this Saturdays comp! Mostly worried about my hands as I'm pretty sure will be some blood shed on Saturday grrrr! Getting massage from Allison tonight should help loosen me up. In and out of car all day haven't had time to stretch once :(

Turkey, cheese ( little bit of provolone not much), pickles and tomato on wheat sub ( subway at mall)

SFH protein shake with bcaas, Bata alanine
Fish oil
