Got up to 9 stones on the set of 10. Legs were dead today DU although did well legs felt very heavy. Calves also sore from Saturdays DU.

7:27 Did first 20 in :30 took that long to do the remaining 15 mostly cause didn't want to fail any so prob was too slow. Used 2 45# plates for 9' and then 25# on top of that for 12' no idea if accurate.
