9/3/14 Wednesday

Didn't get anything done yesterday so did yesterday's amraps tonight in garage.  Was going to take today off too but decided just to do amraps to keep body moving nothing intense.

5 rounds - had clock on phone so did have to take few seconds to keep checking time.  Used standard bike on calories don't have AD at home.

25 double unders
25 DB weighted situps 30/20
5 + 3 sit ups.  Used 25# plate.  Again had to check time.
