3:48 did DU without bending legs to save knee worked but technically more difficult I still got first 2 rounds unbroken and tripped on 3rd set twice but helped knee.

Awful so bad at those banded runs!  Wind was terrible.

D.   Deadlift work up to 85% (260 1RM) x 2
