Felt better today than Monday 

B. RDL x 8-10 reps x 4 sets; ascending in weight; be careful here! 
Went very light 77, 87, 98 awkward position for me always has been.

C. 
15 burpees 
115‘ Sled Sprint (down + back)w/50# added x 4;   rest 3 min between 
Not sure my times but 3rd was hardest could barely push sled. 4th little easier but not much.  Harder than I thought!

Most PC I have ever done at that weight. On last round mike had to do 5 in row cause my back was fried.  PU and ring dips and DU were good. No idea our time.
