165. Prob one of the hardest complexes for me simply because coming down from the jerk is hard lose balance and hook grip and very hard to clean after that.
once completed last set, rest 1 minute and go into B
B. 2 min am rap of legless rope climbs
rest 12 minutes
2 min amrap climbs
Messed up didn't rest like i was supposed to only got like 3 legless failed 4th and waited 2 min not 12 and started again only got 4 regular climbs stopped with :30 on clock was mentally done.

6:24 grip gone on t2b took like 4 sets seems like going for another round would be really hard on grip.
