B.  Ohs heavy 3

165 jerked failed squat
 
C.  500m row 90%
Then 3 rounds 
10 Ohs 75#
10 burpees 
Then 500m row 80%
8:31 sucked ass.  Couldn't Ohs.  Didn't have heels in shoes which have me bad position but just was horrible on transition and Ohs.  Burpees were better than last time.  Didn't row 90% first row wire was pulling a 2:10.
