A.  Snatch
Got 121. Failed 128.  Went back down to  100 for few sets.  Form wasn't great tonight.

B.  Front squat 5x6 @ 83%
176 x6
176 x5 for remaining sets.  Was loosing back on 5th rep.

C.   10 min time cap
25 strict hspu
50 burpees
75 DU
50 burpees
25 kipping hspu
