070213 Tuesday


A. Deadlift  2-2-2-2 @85% across not TNG reset
Did 205 across couldn't find what my max deadlift was so think it was 243

B. Butterfly Pull-ups 7-7-7-7-7
Few sets felt great few felt messy hands still sore also

C.  5 rounds = 19:04
5 power cleans @ 133
10 T2B
15 Bar lateral Burpees

Cleans killed me!  Just heavy for me so I can't go fast felt like I had 5 min in between reps!  Everything else was fine just need to learn how to go little faster with less rest with weight grrr!

Pool snacks - few nuts, few wheat thins, granola bar ( bad )

Fish oil, Bata alanine
Peanut butter toast
