*ran .3 miles each round so little longer an 400. Back was on fire during the run. Got all OHS unbroken which squatting in nanos is hard for me. Should have squat snatched first rep did t think of that also need faster transition as I watched masters woman they had no rest between transition
D. EMOM = 2 MU + 10 pistols
*pistols in my nanos! Little messy and heel comes up but I've never done them in flat shoes ! MU felt good tonight kip felt better the dip was still tough.
