HBack squat 5x7 @ 90% - did 190 should be 198 but I missed last week so went up from 185

1k row @ 80% - did between 215 and 218

1k row AFAP - 3:58.8 - holy crap lost maybe 7 sec because I did a dead stop lol

1k row easy z1 - didn't even feel like I could pull !!! So hard!  Grip gone. Dead!

SFH protein shake w/ creatine, bcaas, bata alanine
2 hard boiled eggs ( egg whites only) 2 bacon
Cereal :). Whole grain with nuts
