Snatch grip deadlift heavy working sets 4x2 = 145, 155, 165, 175, 185

1x AMRAP strict pull-ups = 12 PR

*my wall balls suck lately used to get more in a row grrr

C. 30 TGU 26# - left shoulder was hard kept caving in hard to push out

SFH protein shake w/ creatine bata alanine
2 egg whites w/ turkey, few raspberries and cherries
Fish oil
