Strict Press 5x3 = 53, 63, 73, 88x2 - 1 RM is 88 so PR but still feel like not getting stronger here
Push Press 5x5 = 88, 93, 98, 103, 108
Push Jerk 5x7 = 108, 113, 118 stopped arms were dead wrists hurt
D. L-Sit Work - ran out of time so didn't do
