Back squat- 230 PR!  Failed 2x on 233.

Run 800 TT = 3:30.... Pretty happy with that
Rest 12 min
Run 400 TT = 1:28.... Thought would be a little faster but I tend to pick up speed can't start out fast

Nutrition
Coffee
2 eggs + 1 egg white, 1/2 avocado, 1 peach sliced, 1/4 piece paleo banana bread
SFH protein shake w/creatine, bata alanine, bcaas
Grilled chicken plain, mixed fruit
Cliff builder bar
Grilled chicken taco ( salsa, sour cream, chicken on whole wheat soft wrap)
