Odd: Strict HSPU til (-2)
Even: afap - 10 Air Squats + :15 sprint on AD

HSPU 9, 5, 6, 6, 5 (not sure if I did this right I did strict until I felt like I was 2 before failure hope that was right)

E. DB SA Row Work 

Butterfly C2B practice .  Got sets of 5 and 4.  Felt better today think I'm getting the feel finally!
