16:34 did rebounds to plates to practice because I haven't rebounded in months cause of knee. Felt good today. Everything felt good but dumbells got hard after first set of 10. Lunge unbroken which wasn't heavy but with knee felt good.
Mu practice - sets of 4 felt good also wish did the opens wod after those lol.
