Friday:

A. Snatch Positional Work; watch videos prior on what we discussed, working positions and getting to step 1 which we discussed, hips still tucked back!

B.   CG Deadlift - 3 positional pause. Off floor / below knee / mid thigh - build to heavy double

50 Wall Balls (20# to 10")
25 Muscle Ups

19:25 spot on left side of back was cramping on KB made it difficult to keep pushing.  Not thrilled with time just wasn't great night.
