First round my shoulder wouldnt lock out lost kb in first 2 swings took 3 swings to get going.  Rowed about 1:55. KB were hardest part.  All unbroken except the 2 I lost in KB cause shoulder.

C. Hang Power Snatch practice
Just stuck with 77#
