10 wall balls each minute  14# to 10'

Working form practicing carrying down not letting crash on me.  Did 10wb emom first 5 min then 15 rest.

D. 5 rds AFAP
9 C2B Pullups
12 OHS (73)
15 Box jumps (20)

10:23 didn't warm up movements enough first round was hard.  Did all unbroken, c2b felt great just rested too Long between rounds.
