Legs only resting shoulder

A.  Back squat 5rm
220x5
227x3
Last week was 209x5

B.  800m x4 with 1:30 rest in between 

C.  30/20/10 of ghd sit-ups and pistols
6:05.  I'm very slow at pistols:(
