All at 70% with spirts of higher intensity 
Done.  My arms are tired 😡

A.  Clean + Front Squat + Jerk
Failed 155 had nothing my arms were super achy.  Stopped for the rest of day.

Pm:

A.  C&j

176 Failed clean.  Had a little more than this morning but not much.  Arms super achy again.

B.  3 rounds rest 1:30 between

400m run
60 DU
T2b and DU all unbroken. Not a sprint on the run but good fast pace.
