17:33.  Not fun.  Sets of 5 ok KB cleans whole way through.  Back was on fire.

Odd: power clean tng 3-5 reps at 133
Even: strict hspu at 3"
Done.  5 PC and 3 hspu each time.  Pretty happy with that.

C. Front SqT 7x3 @80-85%
Had to rush this cause of time.  Did only 5 sets at 75%, 165# Still felt very heavy.
