1st session:

No failures but just not real easy for me.  Legs go far apart.

B. Weighted Ring Grip Pullups - 5RM + 2 drop sets  
20.5 x5 stopped was dead lol

C.

Didn't do that bad actually.  Was fully recovered by each run. 

D. 10 min of Dynamic & Static Stretching 
E. 10 min of Core Work  
F. Shoulder Health Work
