Much heavier with chains and balance little more difficult but was fun
C. Emom x20
0dd: 20 DU + 3 burpee MU
Even: 12 cal AB
Only got the 12 cal on first round after that I just did AB for the whole min no idea how many calories each time. Got all burpee MU and DU in the time for all rounds.
