Team training

1 rm Power clean + PP + PJ

400m run x2 each
20 rounds (10 each)
5 burpee box jumps
10 c2b
14 1arm oh lunges 35#
28:17 did almost 3 rounds butterfly c2b was happy with that.  Was pretty consistant all 10 rounds just last round of pullups had to break up grip on left arm gone.  Row I did better than I ever have for that kind of row for me felt I really pushed.
