Skill: behind neck split jerk , both grips. Climb to decent weight and get some reps in here. Not max weight or anything. Feel stable.
Worked up to 154 but not very stable then just went back down to 100 for some reps. Snatch grip.

E. 1k row x 4-5 ; rest 2 min between @1:58-2:02 pace
about 2:05 couldn't pull under 2. Did few laps in pool immediately after.
