Still can't get more frustrating

13:30 right shoulder issues when it gets like this can't do as many hspu. 25 first set then just whatwvwe shoulder could so.  First 100 unbroken.  Just kept moving nothing exciting.

D. :45 second bike sprints x 6; rest 3 min between - high aerobic efforts here
Done.  76 cal.  Averaged 409watts.  Left quad was very tight not hurting but filled up or something.
