294. Got 4 MU. Couldn't rebound box jumps at all cause of knee so def slowed me down a bit. Missed first snatch but got rest. Overall unsure I could have done much better other than if knee was good for box jumps. Maybe rested a bit too long here and there but did pretty well.

Worked up to 163. Brandon said were good :)
