A.  HPC "bump" practice.  Finally getting the feeling with heavier weight. Did set of 10 with 123 and a few with 133.


B.  Strict MU practice.  Got a few but not great my right hand gets stuck and I have a hard Time Turing it over but will keep practicing.

C.  AB w/mask 30 min recovery w/chase
205 calories I think.  Wasn't bad kept watts to about 176.
