Partner Hill sprints + every other run either dumbbell thrusters or dumbbell snatches x7 at top of hill
*alternating weight so if did light 25# thrusters try for set of 15 if did 35# try for set of 10
*buddy carry up hill x2 - I did 40# thrusters and snatches - 6 thrusters and 12 snatches on the 2 runs Brandon carried me up hill
