A. 5RM - snatch from hip
I can't remember think 110x5, 114x2, 118x2

B. 5RM - snatch grip Deadlift 
165 stopped cause it hurt my hands so bad

C.
12 minute EmOM
odd = 3 PC + 3  PJ (shoot for 123-133 here)
even = 3 MU
123 for first 3 rounds, 133 for last 3.  Failed very last MU grrrr but used the fat higher rings cause wanted to make it harder.  Brandon wanted me to try 143# for 3PC+3PJ, got it.

odd = 3  TNG Power Snatches
even = :30 sprint on AD @90% 
95# snatches first round failed first one lol but got 3 every time after.

odd = 10 calories on the erg
even = 10 burpees over the erg
This was worst EMOM !  Pulled pretty hard on the rower and my Burpees were pretty fast.  

Practiced snatch technique a little ..... I'm still sucky ha
