A. Power Snatch 10 sets of 2. Every :60-:90 per set 

2×2@60% 40k

2×2@65% 44k

2×2 @70% 47k

2×2@75% 50k

2×2@65% 44k

I didn't do the last set of 2.  I pinched my finger somehow on the snatches and my finger instantly bruised and it was super painful to squeeze the bar !

B. Hang Power clean + hang power clean w 2 second pause below knee + hang power clean ; build this complex 

143, 153 was a sqt on second hang so stopped.  

C. 3 rds for time 

400m run

10 deadlifts (275/183)

13:29 couldn't do the deadlifts I couldn't squeeze the bar again cause stupid finger so I was trying to hold the bar with my grips and just couldn't do it so basically did a lot of singles.  Ctb was 20, 10/10, 10/10.
