193x3.  Still feel like this is pathetic weight but heavier than I've done in a while.

10 HPC (113 for 2 and 123 for 2)
18 something I think.  Mentally quit.  Hate these wods.  Didn't even want to finish but did.

C.  Emom x10
10 cal AB
4 strict + 4 kipping hspu 
Got hard in end shoulders fried
