Worked up to 165

B.  Clean grip deadlift @ 22x1 x 3

Worked up to 153

C.  Strict Press just working with bar helping shoulder 

D.  :30 max effort Row, rest 4 min x10

Pulled about 1:38 for all intervals got to 1:40 on last few seconds of last 2 intervals
