First time snatching and doing jerk in a month because of shoulder wasn't that bad I guess but really wanted that 175!!  Shoulders and core just not sturdy enough.

Butterflies were slow first set havent done pullus in about 4 weeks but got in the groove 2nd and 3rd round.   Box jumps were hard first few cause legs dead from AD lol hard to jump !
