Felt like I did nothing.  Wanted more.

A. Seated DB Strict Press 4-6 reps heavy x 5 sets 
30# did first 3 sets at #35 but did wrong so went down for last sets correct

B. Bench Press 10x3 Emom @60%
79kilo

C. C2B butterfly practice sets
10,10,12,7 haven't done c2b in about a month felt like lost them a little

D. Banded Sode steps 30' sections each side x 4-5 each side and climbing in band tension 
Red band down back
Blue band down back

E. Hamstring curls - band. Laying flat on bench 
Green band 15 reps x 4 sets

F. Tabata hollow rocks 
:20 on :10 rest x 8
Done

G. Weighted Sorenson hold ; bit heavier than last time. 1 min holds x 3 
15kilo (last time did 10kilo) did x4
