A. 1k meters on ski erg. A easy pace feel out this machine ; standing but very easy all trunk and arms / triceps etc

B. Seated Good Morning - climb
To heavy 5 rep in 12 min

C. Max muscle ups ; rest 5 min x 3

D. 300m on ski erg seated : rest 2 min x 6 - @90%+ efforts 
Did 300x3.  Was crazy hard on triceps.  About 2:38/2:43 pace

E. Reverse Hyper - 4 sets of 15 @25% of Ur 1rm backsquat
