A.  Snatch & CJ
Bad lifting day.

B.  Back squat 85% 3 reps for few sets
215# x3x3 tried to work on speed

C.   4 rounds
9 cj 123#
15 bar lateral burpees
21 cal row
18:05.  Went slow on round 1 picked up speed each round. I can't push the row when I have to cycle a bar because I'm bad at bar cycling. Need to work on this.
